Online Coaching and 1-2-1 Personal Training both deliver exceptional results. The key difference between the two is the freedom Online Coaching offers, which appeals to clients from across the country. In person coaching allows another level of intensity to be unlock and confirmation you are training to the appropriate level.

This is exclusively for clients, and will house everything you need- from your nutrition and training plans, to an education and exercise portal.

This will make your life so much easier and straight forward, with everything in one place and easy to follow.

Tailored Nutrition Plan

A nutrition plan which is tailored to your goals and needs is one of the most important things when it comes to creating the body you want. We take into account your work, family life, social life, free time and foods you enjoy, to allow us to put together a plan which works for you.

Weekly Check-Ins

Reflecting on the previous week by looking at the things we did well and the areas in which we struggled, is essential to progress in all areas of life.  We will then put steps in place to improve for next week and make any adaptations needed in your diet and training plan to keep you moving towards your goals. So you can be assured your never staying in the same place.

24/7 Support

Things aren't always plane sailing and you may encounter challenges with nutrition, training, routine etc. By having 24/7 Support we will aim to help you overcome these obstacles. No matter how small the issue, feel free to reach out for help!

Fully Comprehensive Training Plan

Your training plan is created based off of your gym, any injuries you may have, what you enjoy and how frequently we can train. The best way to stick to a plan is to build one that works around YOU. 

Daily Accountability

You won't wake up every day on the ball and ready to smash it. That's why a little message on the morning or a reminder on the evening is needed to keep you on track. 

Exclusive Ebooks and Content

Clients receive exclusive access to over 50+ Ebooks and videos which have been carefully created to maximise your progress and understanding. These range from 'Sleep Optimisation' to 'Building a Bulletproof Morning Routine' and everything in between.

What's Included

You will receive everything you see above plus 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions. These can be completed out of Ebor Fitness or from home. You can choose to complete 1 to 4 sessions per week with me, depending on your needs.
