I’ve been training twice a week with Jak for roughly five weeks so far.
Ive surprised my self how much I am capable of & definitely wouldn’t get through so much or push myself as far on my own.
Jak encouraged me to include cardio into my weeks which I also feel so much better for doing, after just five weeks I feel stronger and have much more stamina. He is great at explaining process of each set which makes the workouts easier to replicate by myself.

I was with Jak for nearly 2 years, I was unhappy with my body and mindset. I knew how disciplined he was which made me message him… he took my goals in, we made a plan and we executed. I learnt how to train better, how to eat properly and live an overall better lifestyle.
After the first 8 weeks there was a huge improvement. We added muscle mass, stripped fat and gained discipline and consistency. Having Jak as your trainer you need to be prepared! It isn’t a walk in the park and it isn’t going to be easy but it was 100% worth it! He will push you through every PT session, trying to get those last couple of reps out of you before you try to give up.
Jak has so much knowledge and really wants to help people with whatever they want to achieve! Always touching base making sure you’re sleeping well, sticking to your diets, and getting your steps in.
You won’t regret having him as your PT!
